Fill the 128-cell tray with a seed starting mix, plant seeds, water from the bottom or top, and cover with the humidity dome to maintain moisture. Place in a warm, sunny spot. Once germination occurs, gradually remove the dome and keep the soil moist. Transplant seedlings when they have developed their first true leaves.
