However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site are error-free, complete, or current. In the event of a pricing error or misdescription, we reserve the right to correct the error and notify you before fulfilling your order. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Important: Garden Forge Works is an independent specialist retailer. We are not the official website of Bootstrap Farmer, Greenes Fence, Full Circle, or AC Infinity, and we do not claim to be. Our storefront is a third-party store offering genuine products from these brands.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we ship the item(s) and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included. If we verify that an item is not authentic, we will refund the full purchase price, provide a free return label, and send you a replacement of the correct item if you wish. We also review our sourcing for that batch to prevent future occurrences. If a product is confirmed to be inauthentic or defective, we commit to making it right, and we share findings with our suppliers to ensure future batches meet our standards.
